Persistence Scoring

How durable agent knowledge stays visible without pretending stale knowledge is fresh.

Persistence scoring is a ranking multiplier for knowledge that has kept proving useful.

The score rewards reinforcement and recent validation, while allowing superseded or contradicted knowledge to fade. It is a multiplier, not a probability, so consumers can combine it with graph relevance, search rank, and confidence signals.

The important property is monotonicity: validated knowledge should become easier to find, but no single signal should dominate the graph forever.
